Exhibition
From the 13 th to the 15 th of June the Department of Music and Creative Media at Dundalk Institute of Technology will host its annual showcase of student work. The exhibition which is now in its fifth year will display a vast range of projects. These demonstrate the varied and diverse skill base that students acquire over the course of their studies at DKIT, with projects ranging from the entertaining to the informative. The students showcasing work are graduating from two programmes. The BA (Ord) in Communications (Creative Multimedia) and the BA (Hons) in Communications and Creative Media.
The creative and innovative talent on show is a testament to the hard work and motivation of the students concerned.
The exhibition will take place in the Carroll's Factory which is located on the DKIT Campus. This architecturally iconic building is about to undergo a renovation programme which will transform it into a state of the art facility. This will be the new home for the entire School of Informatics, Music and Creative Media from 2008.
All are welcome to attend the launch which takes place at 5.30pm on Wednesday the 13 th of June. The exhibition is also open from 10am till 8pm on Thursday the 14 th and 10am till 1pm on Friday the 15 th.
